About The Client

About The Role
WorkPac are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Salesperson for a full-time opportunity with a well-established industrial supplier. Based at a local branch, this role is the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, processing orders, and supporting both the external sales team and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Accurately process orders, quotes, and customer inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored product solutions
  • Support external sales representatives with account coordination and product preparation
  • Assist with inventory management, stock levels, and replenishment

Skills And Experience Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (industrial product knowledge a plus)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Willingness to learn about bearings, power transmission, and other industrial products
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals
