- Monday to Friday, 8:00am4:30pm | 7.6-hour days

About The Client
Our client is a leading distributor of industrial products and solutions, servicing customers across Australia with a strong focus on service, quality, and innovation. They offer a supportive and engaging work environment with long-term development opportunities.
About The Role
As an Internal Salesperson, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries. Youll process orders and quotes, provide tailored product advice, and support the external sales team. The role also involves assisting with inventory management to ensure stock is maintained and customer needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
- Process customer orders, quotes, and enquiries accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support external sales staff with quotes, products, and account coordination.
- Assist with stock control and replenishment to ensure product availability.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Current C Class Drivers Licence.
