We are searching for a high-performing sales professional ready to step into a role with real impact in South Australia. Join a fast-growing team delivering essential training solutions to Australia's heavy industry sector. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Take full ownership of your sales territory, drive growth, build relationships, and close deals
  • Sell industry-leading training and workforce development solutions across sectors like mining, construction, energy, and infrastructure
  • Manage your own pipeline from lead generation to signed contracts
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets with the support of a dedicated and driven team
  • Deliver real value to clients while ensuring compliance with RTO standards

What You'll Bring:

  • 3–5 years of new business sales success, ideally from trades or heavy industry
  • A natural ability to connect, communicate, and influence
  • Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working to targets
  • Strong CRM skills and a professional, client-first approach
