Administration Officer

We are a family-run Construction and Haulage business based in Castlereagh, seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to join our growing team.
About the Role- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 10:30am (15 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as the business grows)
- Provide general administrative support across our two businesses – Pace Constructions and Pace Haulage
- Data entry and electronic document management
- Support day-to-day operations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist in creating and maintaining efficient systems and processes
- Monitor email accounts, answer phone calls, and respond to website and social media enquiries
- Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and within the business
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Xero, and MYOB
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous administration experience.
