Key responsibilities:
The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing access licensing for airside operations to ensure all personnel, vehicles and equipment meet compliance standards
- Overseeing key aviation systems such as the airside driver and vehicle control management system, ensuring performance, data integrity and user experience
- Monitoring and improving aircraft turnaround processes through data-driven insights
- Driving stakeholder collaboration across ground handlers, airlines, and internal teams to deliver safe and efficient operations
- Leading reporting and analysis of operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Managing SaaS vendor relationships and ensuring systems meet current and future business needs
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in developing and leading licensing or access agreements in a high-risk, customer-focused operational environment
- In-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling and turnaround activities
- ICAM Lead Investigator
- IATA Ground Operations (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations, ICAO Annexes and IATA IGOM
- Experience in Aviation Safety Management Systems and incident investigations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within complex operational settings
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
- Proficiency in report writing, performance monitoring and continuous improvement programs
