Salary includes: $80,000 to $120,00

The Role

  • We are seeking a Site Project Manager with strong experience in fit-out projects. You'll focus on site delivery and guiding teams. Our documents team handles the paperwork so you can dedicate more time to leading sites and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fit-out projects from site establishment through to handover, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, providing clear updates and resolving issues quickly.
  • Oversee quality, compliance, and budgets so projects meet both AGC's standards and client expectations.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture
  • Solid knowledge of construction methods, compliance, and quality checks, with the ability to spot and fix issues early.
  • Clear communicator who builds trust with clients and directors, and leads site teams with authority
  • Experienced in managing budgets, handling variations, and keeping subcontractors on track to meet quality and cost goals.
  • English fluency; Mandarin highly regarded.
