Administration | Operations and Logistics

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to coordinate daily operations for temporary fencing projects in the construction industry. This role ensures smooth scheduling, inventory control, dispatching, and communication between crews, clients, and internal teams.

  • Schedule installations, removals, and maintenance jobs.
  • Maintain accurate job records and liaise with clients on timelines and access.
  • Track project progress and update stakeholders.
  • Manage inventory, deliveries, and equipment maintenance.
  • Optimise routing and dispatch for efficiency.
  • Process work orders, dockets, and invoices.
  • Support compliance, procurement, and documentation.
  • Act as a key contact for field crews and internal teams.

What we need from you

  • High school diploma (logistics/business admin qualifications a plus).
  • Experience in logistics or admin (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to adapt under pressure; safety knowledge is an advantage.
Installers | Truck Drivers
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong communication skills – written & verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a hardworking nature.
  • White Card Essential
  • Forklift License and supervisory experience – Highly Regarded
  • Manual Truck license (if applying for truck driver role)
