Educational Background:

Technical Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of derivatives valuation, quantitative trading strategies, and risk management frameworks

Regulatory Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Australian financial services regulations (ASIC, AUSTRAC) and Asian banking compliance requirements

Language Proficiency:
Native-level Mandarin Chinese and English fluency

Cultural Competency:
Expertise in Asian business culture and cross-cultural financial negotiations - essential for managing our Asian banking partners and institutional clients

Technology:
Advanced VBA programming, financial modeling systems, and blockchain technology understanding

Market Knowledge:
Expert understanding of Asian-Pacific currency markets, particularly CNY/CNH dynamics and regional payment systems

Relationship Management:
Proven track record managing high-value institutional relationships across different cultural contexts
