About the role:

Join our friendly, pet-passionate team in a key role, delivering outstanding support to our customers and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of products and services.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service-based role (preferably within a call centre environment).
  • A great attitude and friendly phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
  • Confidence using various computer systems inc. Microsoft Office, Live Chat and CRM platforms.
  • A love for pets (industry knowledge is a bonus)
