Speedo is on the lookout for enthusiastic Casual Sales Associates to join our Harbour Town store. Whether you're a sports lover, swim fanatic, or just love connecting with people, we want someone who brings energy, great customer service, and a team-first mindset.

The role you'd play

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive in-store experiences.
  • Learning and sharing product knowledge to help customers find their perfect fit.
  • Supporting the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Processing sales and handling stock with care and accuracy.

What we're looking for:

  • A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
  • A reliable team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Someone available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is great, but not essential – if you've got passion, we've got training.
