The Role

Manage a portfolio of assigned customers while developing growth from existing relationships and actively seeking new sales opportunities. Report directly to the Branch Manager - Queensland and deliver client-focused solutions that meet technical and commercial needs across the AV technology category.

Duties

  • Meet and exceed sales budgets by maximising all brands in AV category
  • Maintain minimum periodic customer sales activity points and CRM transactions
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and their stakeholders
  • Create and maintain strategic account plans for each assigned customer
  • Identify growth opportunities within Queensland territory to meet Branch budgets
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Deliver client-focused solutions based on customer technical and commercial needs

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience in sales (retail or distribution) or account management
  • Understanding and knowledge of AV technology and general channel industry desirable
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and in teams to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Strong experience with CRM software and MS Office (Excel essential)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Own transport and valid driver's licence required
