We're Hiring: Disability Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses & Domestic Support Staff

Locations:

  • Northern Brisbane / Southern Moreton Bay region
  • Logan / Southern Brisbane region
  • Redland City / Southern Brisbane region

Job Type: Casual with opportunity of moving to Permanent

Salary: Competitive + up to 25% Above Home Care Disability Award

Current Opportunities

1. Disability Support Workers (Level 3 & Trainee Roles)

  • Provide personal care, behavioural and mobility support, and medication assistance
  • Work in homes, community settings, and 24/7 Supported Independent Living environments
  • Trainees will work under supervision and build capability through structured mentoring

2. Enrolled Nurses (Community-Based)

  • Deliver wound care, medication management, health monitoring and clinical support
  • Work independently in the community with clinical and administrative backing

3. Domestic Support Staff

  • Help clients maintain clean, safe, and comfortable home environments
  • Flexible hours; ideal for those with strong attention to detail and a caring attitude

What We're Looking For

We welcome both experienced care professionals and trainees with the right attitude and values. You'll need:

  • A genuine interest in disability or aged care
  • For experienced roles: minimum 2 years' relevant experience
  • For trainee roles: a willingness to undertake a Certificate III and follow safe, person-centred practices
  • Valid First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain
  • Driver's licence, reliable insured vehicle, and the ability to pass required screening checks (NDIS, Police, Blue Card)
