- Future-proof the workforce - Anticipate workforce trends, emerging skills, and technology shifts to ensure readiness for the future.
- Lead key HR initiatives - Deliver projects that enhance the employee experience, build capability, and support business transformation.
- Leverage data and insights - Use people analytics and external benchmarks to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure impact.
- Champion inclusion and wellbeing - Promote a safe, inclusive, and values-led culture that supports belonging, wellbeing, and performance.
What you'll bring
You're a confident and credible HR professional who thrives on connection, influence, and delivering results. You combine strategic thinking with commercial insight and have a genuine passion for shaping culture and developing leaders.
We're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Relevant leave of related HR experience, including business partnering within large, complex, or matrixed organisations.
- Proven ability to design and implement people strategies that drive performance, transformation, and growth.
- Demonstrated strength in organisational design, workforce planning, and cultural change.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge, advise, and coach senior leaders.
