Job Description
- Ability to work autonomously and within varied and complex team working arrangements.
- Very high-quality writing ability, and proven history for delivery of business cases for government clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Contribute to and develop a great team culture.
- High quality reporting and deliverables in relation to work status, project deliverables and requirements.
- Be organised and effective in the provision of support services to the wider team. Always seeking new work opportunities.
- Be confident and able to work within an embedded client role delivering projects on their behalf using their systems.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously, managing priorities and deliverables
- Proven business case writing skills.
- Formal qualifications in design, engineering or project management.
- Critical thinking and ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
- A minimum of years project management experience, preferably in Government sector
- A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review
- Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
