Your new role as Sous Chef at Rick Shores plays a key part in leading our 30 plus strong kitchen team, delivering Burleigh Beachside dining experiences every day of each year.

  • ability to keep the team focussed through 250pax services - often back to back
  • creativity to influence an already successful formula of Pacific, Asian inspired dishes
  • communication style that engages front and back of house teams
  • a knowledge sharing approach to developing CDP's, Commis and apprentices
  • desire to check out whats new, bring it back and give it a Rick Shores flavour
  • a commercial focus to operationally manage costs such as food and payroll
