Area Manager – Early Childhood (Ovens Murray)
, you'll lead and inspire a transdisciplinary team of early childhood professionals to ensure the delivery of best-practice support to families of children with disability or developmental delay.

Your role will be
both strategic and hands-on
— you'll support a team of Early Childhood professionals to deliver high-quality, best-practice services for families of children with disability or developmental delay, while confidently overseeing performance, budgets, reporting, and compliance.

Your role will be innovative, modelling a collaborative, family-centred approach and seek to actively build the capacity of families and carers to support children with disability/developmental delay.

What you'll be doing in this role?

  • Champion a collaborative, capacity-building approach.
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement in early childhood practice
  • Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team
  • Work alongside and be supported by experienced and passionate leaders within the organisation
  • Ensure smooth operational management and quality outcomes for families

What We're Looking For

  • A university qualification in Early Childhood Education or Allied Health
  • In-depth knowledge of child development and early intervention best practice
  • Experience managing a transdisciplinary team in an early childhood or paediatric setting
  • A passion for building strong, supportive relationships with families and professionals alike
  • A current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • A current Working with Children Check (Employee) or VIT Registration
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (can be obtained during application)
