About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Building & Pest Inspectors to join our team. As an Inspector at RBI, you'll play a crucial role in protecting property safety and integrity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying defects, safety hazards, and compliance issues in properties.
• Delivering comprehensive reports with clear recommendations for repairs and treatments.

This position is essential in ensuring the safety and compliance of properties, particularly during real estate transactions, maintenance, and renovations.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• You must hold or be able to obtain a QLD Builders Licence or have completed the Registered Building Inspectors Course, with knowledge of Queensland's building regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in Building and Pest Inspections.
• Completion of relevant timber pest courses (CPPUPM3008 and CPPUPM3010).
• Ability to inspect sub-floors, roof spaces, and external roofs.
• Ability to provide detailed, clear, and accurate reports.
• A valid police check, driver's licence, and access to a reliable vehicle.
