About the role
- Team Global Express is currently hiring HR Drivers as well as Forklift Drivers in Townsville.
- These are Permanent Full Time positions
- Successful applicants can earn between $32/hour and $34/hour (Base Rate, T&Cs apply)
- Overtime is Available for these roles (need by need basis)
- Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently
- Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes
- Complete deliveries and pick ups promptly and according to time frames
- Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required
- Complete own vehicle pre-start checks
- Unload and load vehicles and sort them appropriately and safely
- Scanning freight, freight sortation and re-palletising of freight
- Picking and preparing runs for following day
- Palletizing freight for travel where required
- Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner.

What you'll bring
- You will hold a Valid Truck Licence (HR) or Forklift Licence
- You must have excellent time management and the ability to move freight in a safe & timely manner
- You must have Full Rights to work in Australia
- You must have a high attention towards Safety
