Duties & Responsibilities

  • To lead and oversee the data analytics team, ensuring effective management and utilization of resources.
  • To develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance business intelligence and decision-making processes.
  • To design and implementing data analytics solutions, construct analysis reports, dashboards
  • To handle operational reports, analysis, daily, monthly updates to senior management.
  • To handle Branch KPI allocation modeling and perform monthly evaluation
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide analytical solutions.
  • To develop and implement data quality and validation processes to ensure the integrity of operational data through the establishment of robust data governance practices.
  • To manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting.
  • To stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance data analytics capabilities.
  • To provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
  • To foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
  • To oversee the development and maintenance of data analytics tools, platforms, and infrastructure.
  • To identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the data analysis and reporting processes or functions
  • To collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of data analytics solutions.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation in reporting processes
  • To coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their technical and analytical skills.
  • To ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • To prepare and present reports, dashboards, and findings to senior management
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within data analytics or a related field.
  • Proven experience implementing data analytics solutions (e.g, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • At least 5 years working experiences in management roles in position related to Data Analytics
