The Role

Badger Workwear is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain and Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain performance. This role will focus on driving efficiency, accountability and continuous improvement across importing and operations functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the operations team, ensuring day-to-day processes run smoothly.
  • Own stock position, track and improve stock turns, and deliver on inventory efficiency KPIs.
  • Work directly with offshore manufacturers to improve lead times and reduce turnaround times.
  • Lead the purchasing team - determining what to order, when, and how much (without placing orders personally)
  • Manage and optimise our forecasting software to ensure accurate forecasting, ordering, and stock management.
  • Leading team initiatives and continuous improvement projects across operations.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills across departments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Positive and enthusiastic team player who contributes to a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety.
