We're on the hunt for an Assistant Gym Manager who's full of energy, loves people, and can keep the wheels turning while inspiring our team and members.

You'll bring:

  • Experience leading a team - staff and direct reports, volunteers, members, customers, etc
  • Fitness sales experience a must – generate new sales leads, meeting KPIs and sales targets;
  • Stellar interpersonal skills and a knack for closing deals
  • A proactive, hands-on approach – you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Proven ability to thrive independently and within a team

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts Monday to Friday and weekends as required

  • Operations – assist in the implementation of systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and profitable running of the gym

  • Easily able to manage multiple, concurrent projects and events
  • Time Management – must be able to work with little supervision and have excellent time management skills.

You must have the ability to quickly and effectively solve issues, have good initiative, take ownership of your position and be flexible and willing to take on any tasks needed the gym to run at its peak.
