Membership Consultant

About the role:
Element Fitness Health Club is looking for a Membership Consultant to join our team.

This role requires more than just a sales person, we are looking for people who are passionate about changing lives and who want to build a successful career in the Health and Fitness industry.

You will be responsible for:

- Generating new business (currently only around 14% of the population engage in health clubs, so there are still plenty of people to spread the word to)
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Managing a database of future clientele and staying in communication
- Servicing our existing members to ensure they fall in life-long love with fitness
- Liaising with Club Manager on monthly marketing strategies

Skill and experience:
To be successful you will be:

- A confident, engaging & compelling communicator
- An exceptional conversationalist (but even better listener) with a warm, friendly phone manner
- Able to demonstrate genuine passion for health & wellbeing
- Enthusiastic, driven and like to have fun

Previous Sales or Customer Service experience would be favourable but a great attitude is key

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
