As an Assistant Manager, you play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieving sales goals. This position is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining the store’s appearance, ensuring and supporting the Store Manager in the efficient operation of day-to-day store activities. The Assistant Manager is expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

- Assist the Store Manager in overall operations of the store
- Provide and set examples with the team with helpful, courteous, and efficient service by actively engaging with customers and providing Best Experience to our customers
- Promote sales of store products and services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Inventory management, including replenishment and stock reporting (Goods Inwards and Outwards)
- Assist with inducting and training of the team
- Ensure Visual Merchandising standards aligns with business marketing plans

**What We’re are looking for:

- **
- Previous experience in Retail, with a customer service focused environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Be willing to work a wide range of retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- A respect for both team members and customers and an ability to gain rapport and build relationships.
- Capability use with Microsoft/Google suite and previous experience reporting retail sales and training POS systems

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities, ensuring we provide Best Experience to our customers
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with POS systems or cash handling including reconciling cash registers and preparing bank deposits.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures
- Experience in Warehousing (Goods Inwards and Outwards)
- Experience with managing and organising Click and Collect
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise, bend, and stand for extended periods

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lifting of products or boxes up to 25kgs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
