About the Role

  • Lead and support educators to build a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance development, and staff mentoring.
  • Support daily centre operations, including staffing, resources, and leadership coverage when required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, the EYLF and NQS, driving continuous improvement and actively contributing to the development, implementation, and review of the QIP.
  • Inspire quality, play-based learning and uphold the centre's philosophy and values.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to achieve organisational and quality goals.

About You

  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • A valid Working with Children Check & National Police Check (not more than 6 months old).
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
