We are currently seeking an female support workers to provide 1:1 care and support for a female client with mental health needs and challenging behaviours.

About the Role:

You will be working directly with one female client, offering consistent, person-centred support in a stable and supportive environment. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, meal preparation, managing challenging behaviours, and promoting emotional well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalised, 1:1 support tailored to the client's specific needs
  • Manage and respond effectively to challenging behaviours
  • Promote a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
  • Assist with meal preparation, domestic cleaning, daily routines, and community engagement
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the wider care team

To be considered

  • CPR & First Aid
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with a comprehensive car insurance
  • Please be aware that all applicants will be required to undergo a screening process, which includes a NDIS Worker Screening Check, a Working with Children Check, a National Police Check passed to the employer satisfaction.
