The role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Count Team Supervisor
to join our Cage & Count team at Crown Melbourne. Reporting to the Cage Business & Training Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team to ensure the accurate counting and recording of revenue, compliance with regulatory requirements and delivery of exceptional internal customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader with strong gaming operational understanding and people management skills to make an impact in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assist with the day-to-day operations of the Count Room, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence and uphold Crown's service values
  • Accurately collect, count and record revenue across multiple departments and outlets with meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity and discretion when handling cash and sensitive information
  • Partner effectively across departments to support Cage & Count operations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage labour resources to achieve budget objectives
  • Monitor health and safety standards and ensure a hazard-free workplace
  • Ensure accurate system upkeep and compliance with Crown policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

You'll bring the following:**

  • Proven experience in operational supervision within a casino or similar high-volume, regulated environment
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and confident in making sound decisions under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Comfortable working within strict compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Cash handling experience highly regarded
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee License
