Role Description

This is a full-time role for a TIG Welder. You will be responsible for

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components and assemblies according to engineering specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, including adjusting settings for metal type, thickness, and position.
  • Inspect materials, welds, and finished workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
  • Ensure all welding work is performed safely, adhering to company and industry safety guidelines.
  • Clean and maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they remain in good working order.
  • Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of welding machines.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

You must be proficient in both welding processes and have experience working with various metals to include mainly stainless steel and mild steel.

Casual Rate $43.88 per hour inclusive

Full Time Rate $35.11 per hour
