We're on the lookout for a Vacuum Truck Operator to join our Industrial Services team in Coffs Harbour. About the Role – Not Your Average Driving Job

This is a hands-on, technical role for someone who's ready to get stuck in and take pride in doing a job well.

As a Vacuum Truck Operator, you will:

Operate high-performance vacuum units and industrial cleaning equipment

Carry out clean-up and material recovery at various customer sites

Troubleshoot and solve problems out in the field

Stay active – there's lifting, moving, and operating gear involved

Work as part of a great crew that has each other's backs


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • HR Licence (minimum requirement)
  • Experience operating heavy vehicles
  • White Card (General Construction Induction)
  • A strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
  • Great communication and a team-player attitude
  • Physically capable for active work (lifting, manoeuvring gear, etc.)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Industrial Services, High Pressure Water Jetting, or Vacuum Tanker experience
  • Tickets for Confined Space, Working at Heights, or HP Water Jetting
  • Or you're ready to learn and we'll train you up
