About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Stores & Procurement Officer to join our Electrical team.

This role is key to ensuring efficient stores management, accurate inventory control, and timely procurement to support seamless project delivery.

You will be responsible for overseeing stock management, goods receipting, supplier coordination, and procurement compliance while working closely with internal teams to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory control, procurement records, and stock systems
  • Process purchase requisitions and liaise with suppliers
  • Oversee receipting, storage, and dispatch of materials and consumables
  • Ensure supplier deliveries meet quality, cost, and lead-time requirements
  • Support project teams with material coordination and procurement updates
  • Maintain safe, compliant, and organised storage environments

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2–3 years' experience in stores, procurement, or logistics
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
  • ERP or stock management system experience
  • Valid driver's licence and forklift ticket
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in construction, modular, or industrial project environments
  • Microsoft Dynamics or similar procurement software experience
  • Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices
