In this role you will join a busy WA Government team and make an immediate impact We're looking for a Procurement Officer to tackle a high-volume backlog of ICT software licensing and maintenance, while enabling the wider team to focus on strategic projects.

Your responsibilities and day to day tasks:
  • Lead end-to-end procurement of ICT software licenses, goods, and services
  • Prepare and manage Request for Tender documentation
  • Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on ICT procurement best practices
  • Ensure compliance with WA procurement laws, regulations, and policies
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across the business
What you'll need to be able to demonstrate:
  • Solid experience in ICT procurement (goods & services)
  • Ideally strong knowledge of WA Government procurement frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver under pressure with accuracy and professionalism
