What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including construction and design teams to provide essential coordination and administrative support across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate: project meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record minutes.
  • Prepare: documents, reports, and professional correspondence.
  • Assist: with contract administration, including processing invoices and claims.
  • Maintain: registers for variations, RFIs, and progress claims.
  • Organise: project documentation management to ensure compliance, accuracy, and accessibility.

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 5-years' experience in project or office administration.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and document management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-months from date of employment.

Bonus points for:

  • Qualifications in business, contract administration or project management.
  • Experience in health, construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam or Procore software.
