Who are we looking for?

As our Offline Media
Investment Director
, you'll lead Half Dome's offline media investment function, driving best practice planning, buying, and delivery across TV, cinema, out-of-home, radio, and print.

Overseeing an Executive, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, and build strong relationships with media partners to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our offline media strategy, streamlining processes, and mentoring others to grow their expertise. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic oversight with active involvement in high-value negotiations and campaign delivery..

What Will You Be Doing?

• Leading the planning and execution of offline media campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and impact
• Driving workflow improvements and implementing best practice processes across all offline channels
• Overseeing major negotiations and fostering strong partnerships with key media owners
• Providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to client services teams
• Collaborating with internal teams to integrate offline investment into broader media strategies
• Staying ahead of market trends, sharing insights, and applying them to client campaigns
• Ensuring forecasting, billing, and reporting are accurate and delivered to the highest standard

Who Are You?

You're a senior media professional with proven expertise in offline planning and buying, and a track record of delivering results in complex campaigns. You're equally comfortable negotiating with major media partners as you are mentoring your team. Strategic, commercially minded, and collaborative, you thrive on finding better ways to deliver value for clients.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in offline media planning and buying roles
• Deep knowledge of TV, cinema, OOH, radio, and print planning and buying principles
• Experience leading negotiations and managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong commercial and analytical capability
• Proven ability to develop and coach junior members of the team
• Strong understanding of the broader media landscape and how offline integrates with other channels
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
