**About the role**:
This role is across one of PHD's top tier clients, with a really strong relationship, and one of the most high-profile portfolios in the market. It allows you to work in a big PHD team with a range of media owners, and we are active across all media channels. You will gain a lot of experience working across best in class, award winning campaigns.
As an Investment Manager at PHD, you will also be responsible for
- Media implementation planning & media partner briefing
- Campaign implementation management from response to PCA
- Ensuring all campaigns deliver to planning and trading KPIs as planned
- Preparing and delivering to finance and reporting tasks accurately and timely
- Team management - coach, develop and mentor direct reports. Manage their workload and flow
- Quality control of all outputs from direct reports
- Manage timely comms with client and briefs/feedback with media owners

Extensive experience in media buying and negotiations is a must, and expert channel knowledge for offline and online media is required.
- You'll have experience managing direct reports, have worked on audited clients with trading KPIs (ideally).
- You'll have experience working across all media channels, with experience in buying TV.
- You'll have experience in leading the finance process is also ideal as is someone with strong day to day media relationships.
