With decades of success and a respected reputation across high-end residential design, they supply textiles, fabrics, homewares and other soft furnishings to homeowners, architects, and interior designers across Australia.

They represent multiple reputable brands, cater to diverse interior styles, and continue to expand their footprint within the design community.

The Role

This is a full-time, career-defining opportunity for a driven sales professional to build and lead the NSW market for a premium interiors brand.

Already established across other key regions in Australia, the business is now seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in Sydney and greater NSW.

This is a pivotal role with significant scope — as the NSW market grows, so will the team, offering a clear pathway into a future management position.

As the brand's ambassador in NSW, you will nurture and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-end residential clients, backed by comprehensive product training and a respected portfolio of design-driven collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand and drive all business development initiatives across NSW
  • Secure specifications by delivering tailored solutions to architects, designers, and end-users
  • Build, grow, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the design community
  • Conduct presentations, provide samples, and offer ongoing product and technical support
  • Identify new opportunities and establish the brand as a trusted partner in high-end residential projects

About You

You are a motivated, design-passionate sales professional with the confidence and charisma to build strong relationships. You understand how to navigate the architecture and interior design community and thrive when representing a high-end, design-focused brand.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Existing network and/or experience in the high-end residential and/or commercial specification sectors
  • Established contacts within the Architecture & Design market in NSW
  • Experience selling building & construction products; decorative materials highly regarded
  • Passion for design, colour, materials, and interior finishes
  • Proven sales, specification, and project management experience
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident managing your own schedule
