Your New Role
As the Senior Data Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely management of patient and operational data within the Health Information Management Services. You will oversee a dedicated team and drive continuous improvement in data standards and clinical records management, supporting patient safety and quality healthcare delivery.

• Lead and manage the Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS) to maintain data integrity crucial for patient, operational, and financial hospital management.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in patient medical records using multiple hospital and linked information systems.
• Coordinate and develop a team of Health Information Managers and Officers to meet service delivery targets, including training, performance management, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with strong leadership and expertise in health information management and data quality. You will be committed to fostering a culture of patient safety, confidentiality, and continuous improvement within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

• Proven experience in managing clinical data quality, health information systems, and records management within a hospital setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail in identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
• Commitment to upholding privacy, confidentiality, and ethical standards in handling sensitive patient information.
