About the Role

We are seeking a well-presented, friendly, flexible, and self-motivated Receptionist to become an integral part of our practice. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role supports the daily administration and reception operations. Availability Monday to Friday is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of the practice reception
  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Manage bookings and client diaries
  • Process invoices (Private and Third Party)
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry
  • Liaise with team members across administration, physiotherapy, allied health, and management

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception/admin role
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Experience with HICAPS, WorkCover, Medicare/EPC billings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • A team player with initiative and a can-do attitude
  • Able to work professionally and effectively

Requirements

  • Current SA Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle
