Role Description

Healthcare Australia has partnered with a Not for Profit Community Services organise for recruiting a full-time Home Care Manager to join their team on-site in Adelaide, SA. The Home Care Manager will oversee the coordination of home care services, manage caregiver teams, and ensure quality patient care aligns with organizational standards. Responsibilities include developing care plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, building relationships with clients, and managing service delivery operations. This role requires strong leadership to support client independence while maintaining the highest level of care.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance protocols, and quality assurance in home care settings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in communication, building trust, and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Care Coordination: Expertise in creating care plans, scheduling services, and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in organizational tasks including reporting, documentation, and use of healthcare technology platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the home care sector or community care services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse highly desired
