We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced Educators (Children's Services Employees) to join our friendly team at Joey's Outside School Hours Care in Bracken Ridge on a casual basis.

Located within the school grounds, we have access to great facilities for our OSHC's before school, after school, and vacation care programs, for up to 175 children.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

  • Providing nurturing care for children
  • Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
  • Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
  • Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent qualification as recognised by ACECQA) is desirable. Candidates currently working towards one of these qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment.
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
