experienced part

time
 
paralegal
 to work alongside the Principal and associate solicitors in the following areas:

  • Family Law
  • Property Litigation
  • Wills & Estates Litigation
  • Estate planning and deceased estates

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high level administrative support, including diary, paper and electronic file management
  • Preparing correspondence and documents to a high standard, in addition to filing documents with the Court when required
  • Invoicing
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Liaise in a friendly and professional manner with all client interactions

The Candidate:

You will:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pride yourself on organisational skills, time management and attention to detail – think strategically in order to forward plan
  • Be able to manage competing priorities in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as a team-player
  • Previous legal experience
     (in at least two of the four highlighted areas of law 
    (above)
    will be highly regarded
  • Handle and uphold confidential matters with maturity and common sense
  • Be proficient in MS Office 
    (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Have experience working with LEAP Legal (
    highly regarded
    )

This role would 
suit law students in year 3 or above in their law degree.

The remuneration package will be commensurate with the successful applicant's experience.
