**Job Description**:

**The role**
- Reviewing general legal inbox and managing as appropriate
- Liaise with landlords, GYG’s insurance broker, financier and franchisees in coordinating bank guarantees and insurance requirements under the leases
- Uploading franchise agreements
- Liaising with franchisees and external lawyers
- Assisting with the preparation of the annual disclosure document
- Point of contact for all corporate bank guarantee issues
- Liaising with landlords and developers to obtain/provide bank guarantees
- Responsible for dealing with CBA to obtain guarantees and monitor BG facility
- Prepare and lodge forms for new licences and changes to existing licences
- Managing issue of and return directors forms
- Maintaining national liquor licence register
- Liaising with HR regarding removal and replacement of managers and completion of courses
- Creation and execution of standard NDAs
- Design of policies, processes and presentations
- General admin for the legal team

**You'll enjoy this role if you have**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- A degree or tertiary education in a business-related discipline
- High level of attention to detail and sound management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
