Landscaping Labourer (Casual)

Location - Hobart and surrounds

Casual | 15–30 hours per week

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Landscaping Labourer to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of landscaping, with room to grow into senior roles over time.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with a variety of landscaping tasks, including:

  • Carpentry and timber work
  • Paving and stonework
  • Gardening, planting, and general maintenance
  • Loading/unloading materials and site preparation
  • Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organised
  • Supporting and working with an on-site landscaping crew

What You'll Need

An interest in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor trades

Your own reliable transport and manual driver's licence

White card (construction induction card) or willing to obtain

Strong work ethic and a good level of physical fitness

Desirable (But Not Essential)

  • Plant Operator ticket (eg. excavator, skid steer)
  • Certificate in Landscape Construction (or related landscaping qualification)
  • Prior experience working in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor trades
