We're looking for an Interior Designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys guiding clients through the exciting journey of selecting colours, materials, fittings, and electrical fixtures.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Experience & Consulting
  • Guide clients through the colour and electrical selection process
  • Provide expert advice on design choices, upgrades, and product options
  • Build rapport and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience
  • Prepare for appointments with all necessary documentation
  • Accurately record selections and pricing for client sign-off
  • Monitor performance and contribute to team goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Burbank Group
  • Attend training and stay up-to-date with product knowledge
  • Share ideas to improve studio processes and client experience

What You'll Bring

  • Qualification in Interior Design or a related field
  • Strong customer service and time management skills
  • A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Professional presentation and communication style
