We have an interesting Compliance Manager position with a growing business that provides cost efficient services in a B2B environment.
This is a lean, dynamic, fast paced and hands-on environment. You will have broad exposure to the leadership team and be a key contributor to the efficient running of business processes.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the quality assurance activities including a team
- Assessing and integrating regulatory, external requirements and technology change
- Interpreting and operationalising contract and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring that operational risks and controls are managed, implemented and efficient
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to design optimal processes to enable an efficient and positive customer experience
- Ongoing review of processes and policies aiming for continuous improvement and business optimisation
- Providing compliance advisory to the business and partners
Ideal candidate profile
- Background in Compliance and/or Risk Management
- Experience working in a call centre or sales operations environment, i.e., utilities, technology, energy, pharmaceuticals, broker networks, financial services, etc.
- Prior experience working in a lean environment and ability to be hands-on
- Prior experience conducting training activities to call centre and sales staff
- An energetic and dynamic personality that likes to be work in a fast-paced business
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the opportunity to take ownership, influence senior leaders and make an impact to business operations. You will also be building on your leadership skills and manage a team.
