As a Customer Service Consultant, the purpose of your role is to provide quality customer service and help to deliver the ultimate EB Experience through our EB and Zing customer service channels

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Answering all phone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensuring efficient and accurate turnaround of customer phone and email requests
  • Maintaining in-depth and accurate knowledge of product, promotions, and the video game/pop-culture industries
  • Ensuring all customer complaints and/or other feedback are managed with care and consideration and follow correct escalation procedures
  • Searching for and providing requested information to customers and our store teams
  • Administration duties

We have multiple casual positions available.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Commitment to providing exceptional service based on meeting the needs of the customer
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate via text.
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Computer, typing and data entry skills across a range of programs
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail in all tasks performed
  • Experience handling difficult customer interactions
  • Call Centre Experience would be advantageous but is not a requirement
