Solution Director, Asset Management (Maximo Focus)

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Director to serve as a senior advisor to our customers, driving solution adoption and presales activities.

This is a critical, senior-level role that requires a strong Asset Management background, with a clear preference for deep expertise in the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).

The Opportunity

This is a senior position within our organization that offers significant ongoing development opportunities as part of the broader Egis Group. We are looking for a leader who can deliver measurable outcomes and influence our clients' digital transformation journey.

Core Responsibilities

Presales Leadership: Lead presales activities, guiding customers through the solution life cycle from initial concept to detailed proposal.

Customer Consulting: Act as an experienced advisor to customers, translating complex business needs into clear, viable Asset Management solutions.

Presentations & Engagement: Present solutions to clients, decision-makers and at industry events, demonstrating thought leadership and solution expertise.

Solution Strategy: Define and articulate the overall solution vision and roadmap for complex customer engagements.
