We are seeking an experienced
Master Data Specialist
to focus on re-configuring SAP maintenance master data to ensure maintenance requirements are realigned with current mine production needs.

The role requires an initial site visit to the QLD operation to gather information and meet key contacts, after which the work can be carried out remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Re-configure SAP maintenance master data (maintenance plans, items, and task lists) to align with current operational needs.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of maintenance master data within SAP.
  • Collaborate with site-based operations and maintenance teams to confirm data relevance and practical application.
  • Provide recommendations for improving SAP data structures and workflows to support reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure all master data activities comply with site safety, environmental, and operational standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), with a strong focus on master data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to configure and optimise maintenance plans, items, and related master data in SAP.
  • Background in mining, heavy industry, or asset-intensive operations preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
  • Current Australian work rights.
