About you

You are a Passionate and Inspiring people person, ready for the next step to lead by example, oversee operations while manager on duty and assist our customers with Integrity and Care. Our customer is our focus; you will provide extraordinary customer service and be part of a friendly team with Disciplined retail processes and Entrepreneurial sales and leadership skills. We welcome the outdoor enthusiast.

Are you someone who enjoys Boating, Fishing, Camping, Caravanning and/or 4WDing? Help us enhance the customer experience based on our products.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers
  • Ongoing merchandising of the store to ensure product availability for customers
  • Ensure stock is unpacked and maintaining stock reserve standards
  • Leading the team to complete daily tasks when acting as Manager on Duty
  • Supporting team members to drive sales growth and deliver outstanding results while acting as Manager on Duty
  • General housekeeping duties to offer customers a positive store experience
  • Working cooperatively with other team members to enhance the customer experience
  • In conjunction with the Store Manager provide a safe working environment for the team and customers

Experience required:

  • High standards of customer service delivery
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous retail experience favourable, we do provide on the job training
  • Boating, Caravanning, 4wd or camping enthusiast preferred
