What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Minimum 1-3 years of retail management experience required
  • Drive sales and achieve ambitious goals together
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections
  • Share your knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements (don't worry—we'll train you too)
  • Keep the store looking fresh through merchandising and stock management
  • Collaborate with a fun, supportive, and high-performing team

What We're Looking For:

  • Retail experience and supplement knowledge are a big plus
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
  • Strong communication skills and flexible availability (including weekends)
  • Availability to work most weekends is required
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident leadership and staff development abilities
  • Must have Australian work rights
