Role Overview

We are seeking a casual Wholesale Bread Sales & Client Care Assistant to support our wholesale operations, nurture relationships with existing customers, and help onboard new clients. This role combines customer service with on-the-road client care, ensuring our partner cafés, restaurants, and stockists receive the best possible service from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for existing wholesale clients.
  • Manage daily and weekly orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Visit clients regularly to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Liaise with production and delivery teams to guarantee smooth supply.
  • Share product updates
  • Resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback.
  • Onboard new wholesale clients – set up accounts, explain ordering processes, introduce product range, and ensure smooth transition.
  • Prepare & submit weekly sales and client activity reports to management.
  • Negotiate- best areas for bread, merchandise ensure bread is well presented
  • Track client satisfaction

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in wholesale sales, account management, or hospitality (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Interest in artisan bread and food culture.
  • Valid driver's licence required.
