Join a growing mid-tier civil contractor with a diverse portfolio of transport, energy, and land development projects across QLD, NSW, and the NT. The business delivers complex, high-value projects while maintaining a collaborative, team-driven culture.

Kotahi are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to initially oversee a $40M Subdivision development and a $10M Urban Renewal Project. The best part? While both projects are in remote locations, this role is 90% office-based, with just one site trip expected every six weeks.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering civil infrastructure projects $20M+ in value
  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with strong experience interfacing with utilities and government departments.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire project teams
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
